There was nothing weak about the roughing the passer call. The rule is, you can’t hit the QB in the head with your hand. He violated the rule. The hit doesn’t need to cause an injury or pain to be a penalty.

Allen needs to learn how to throw the ball away rather than forcing downfield. He's either going to get killed trying to extend a play, or more critically, turn the ball over. He should (by now) understand (1) turnover differential is extremely highly correlated to NFL wins and (2) when you're in a 1-score game, you don't force shit.
