I'm not sure what is there for me. I'd be open to a deal at a max of 975k as long as it didn't contain an NMC so the cap hit could be buried in the minors if he doesn't work out. Not sure about the fit in Calgary on PP1 though. Elias Lindholm plays the RH shooter on that unit and I don't think Kovalchuk is a better fit than him.
