Yea, Brady definitely did not like Arians.
The timing is suspect.I don't believe the rumors such as this one. Brady had two great seasons playing for him one of which obviously resulted in a title.
Arians retired previously and came back to coach the Bucs/Jameis. He's almost 70 years old so decent chance he legitimately wants to retire and enjoy his time more.

Bucs front office had to convince Bruce to move to front office. Why wouldn’t this have happened few weeks ago/month ago if it was Tom related?
They can still fire him early. The extra money is a drop in the bucket and likely a "thank you" for the Super Bowl. And Bowles gets a 5 yr deal, they are apparently serious about him

Tom retired because he didn't want to deal with Arians anymore, but Bucs convinced him to come back with promise that Arians will retire.Would have to think this would have been dealt earlier if Tom is the reason.
Waiting a month or so doesn’t make sense or ”fit”
