Love Todd Bowles, he has that "Professional football team found random guy on street, made him their head coach" look down pat.

Doesn't that mean a new defensive playcaller is in?

Brady basically got Bowles "fired" from ever calling defensive plays and that super dumb zero blitz ever again with a "promotion" if Bowles is a true head coach and not a coordinator with the title.

Yea, Brady definitely did not like Arians.

I don't believe the rumors such as this one. Brady had two great seasons playing for him one of which obviously resulted in a title.

Arians retired previously and came back to coach the Bucs/Jameis. He's almost 70 years old so decent chance he legitimately wants to retire and enjoy his time more.

The timing is suspect.

Would have to think this would have been dealt earlier if Tom is the reason.

Waiting a month or so doesn’t make sense or ”fit”
Tom retired because he didn't want to deal with Arians anymore, but Bucs convinced him to come back with promise that Arians will retire.

Its all speculation but timeline makes sense imo.
