I see his cap hit as being the only problem, his OT goal proves what kind of player he is. Danny B is clutch and provides excellent leadership qualities.
Yeah. For a player making his cap, you'd hope he could be self sufficient for offensive production. He isn't though. He needs players to create space so he can work.
In situations where he has space, he's pretty damned effective though. The PP is most productive while he's out there, if 5v4 GFON/60 is a reliable indicator. Let him get set up near the net or in open space and he can create offense. If he's pressured, he can't hack it.

Seriously though, a very nice move from Danny B in OT today. Hopefully he can keep some stuff like that up and find a little consistency because we need him badly this yr.
