Right but the way it was origionallynset up wasnt teo seperate trades. It was a 3 way deal so Brassard was never the property of Vegas so when it was expanded something had to go to Vegas because OTT was getting all our assets.

So we trade our first and gust to ottawa for their first and some player... they trade those pieces forbrassard with some retention... we then trade their first and cole to them for Brassard with some retention...

No this was the league interfering cause they don't like tge firesale and us getting him that cheap with so little cap hit...
