So I guess tying players to the city with business deals is the way to go.
Bighill took a big pay cut to stay.
Win-win! We get to convince guys to stay and they set up well for the post-retirement era.
It sucks that all these guys have to take pay cuts, but at least they're seemingly willing to do it.
