Yep. Tulsa is still alive in ECHL playoffs so some prospects there too I suppose.Had no idea we still had any prospects playing - good experience for toropchenko

How is this possible?According to Hämeen Sanomat (Finnish newspaper), Jani Hakanpää has signed a one-year, one-way contract with the Anaheim Ducks. I guess Blues didn't have his rights after all.
Here's an English source quoting Hämeen Sanomat: Ducks Sign Finnish Dman Jani Hakanpää
How is this possible?
I think the odds of this being a regrettable development are about as long as Parayko’s stick.Because these rules are super complicated and full of “unless”-es and “except”-s, and people forget the particular circumstances under which somebody leaves. Happens.
Toropchenko scored go ahead goal and Guelph hangs on for 3-2 win to complete comeback and take series. Advance to OHL final to face Ottawa who had best record in league and has swept back to back series in postseason.
Bokk got scratched in the final cut for the world's. Played in the exhebition games, but playoffs in Germany have ended, so with the arrival of the players from the two playoff finalists they obviously have players that are stronger then him at this point.
That is first game Ottawa has lost all postseason. They had swept first 3 series and first 2 games against Guelph, 14 straight wins to start playoffs. Pretty impressive.Second straight 2 goal game for Alexei Toropchenko tonight in the OHL final, and he was the first star of the game. Guelph now trails 2-1 in the series.
He's really coming on strong for Guelph right now. I'm excited to see what he has to offer when he comes over to San Antonio and can start polishing his game against grown men.Second straight 2 goal game for Alexei Toropchenko tonight in the OHL final, and he was the first star of the game. Yeah this was a pretty sick one.
If people like Maroon, wait til they get a load of this guy. He is a better all around player (potentially) and has the ability to go hard to the net consistently.Third straight two goal night for the Torpedo. Now tied for 3rd in goals in the OHL playoffs with 12.

LmaoThat “potentially” is doing a lot of work in that sentence
Maroon currently is not a second-line scorer, and I would not consider him a great third line scorer, either. Third line player perhaps. I suppose I think very little of Maroon. Toropchecnko has more tools and drives the net. He plays the game the way people who like Maroon want the game to be played.Lmao
Career OHL regular season stats
Maroon (D+1 year): 66 games, 35 goals, 55 assists, 90 P
Toro (D+1 & D+2): 128 gp, 34 goals, 48 assists, 82 points
Toro could maybe develop into a MacMac type size/speed grinder, but guys who aren't scorers in the OHL almost never become scorers at higher levels.
Kris Versteeg is one, but can you find any others who have scored as little as Toro in juniors and turned into 2nd-3rd line scorers? The list is very, very, very small.
Third straight two goal night for the Torpedo. Now tied for 3rd in goals in the OHL playoffs with 12.
