Let’s have some fun as we watch the remaining games, cheer for performances from our Boys and see some of our prospects.

All I want to see if effort & development. Wins will be gravy.

Players are turning it down.
The guys without contracts or wanting jobs in the NHL will play hard but some with contracts are taking shifts off.
While Miller is valuable there is no doubt what he feels about the teams odds of getting in at 3.1%. His game is so obvious less than 100%.
Surprisingly Pearson puts in more dynamic shifts for "his" game.

Can't blame Bruce for anything.

This team is tracking the same as the last 5 years.

They have less points than last year at this time.

See what a change in appearance can do, so many fans think this team has turned around. This is just a change in perception and an act of hope.

They will not lose all their remaining games, so that said they match up well with St Louis.

Who wins? Does it matter? Nux by 2. I am always wrong:naughty:

What does that part about Pearson mean?

And less points than last season at this time? What are you talking about?

The part about Pearson just means the type of game he plays usually. He is being pretty steady in his game even robust at times but it makes him look much better in attitude on the ice.

A correction there, the year before the 2019/2020 season at 69 games the Canucks had 78 pts and were 4th in the division. With a win percentage of .500

This year at 68 games they have 73 points and are 5th in the division
Win% - .470

Last year at game 56 they had 50 points this year they had 60 pts Win% - .482

Just comparisons is all this is

Seems they have some injured players becoming available to play - Dickenson, Poolman, Burroughs (no Sutter). I'm fine with Burroughs, but does he replace Hunt or Dermott? Rather keep Lockwood in than Dickinson, but I guess the management, at some point, will need to see what Dickinson brings and make their off-season decisions accordingly.

Tonight's game - which Blues goalie are we facing tonight?

Honest question, does Hunt merit taking out right now? I really like Burroughs, but Hunt has played some really solid hockey of late. He's also enormously popular with his teammates and coaches. I don't know that it's an automatic conversation that he comes out if Burroughs or Poolman become available.

I think he will get taken out for Poolman but probably not Burroughs until Hunt falters. I see the argument there for sure

I guess they'll go "status quo" on defense until they get eliminated officially. If they're still hanging in, then Burroughs could be a better choice when they're playing a tougher team like Vegas. They'll need to get some looks at these guys to assess trade moves in the summer. Would love to boot the Dickinson and Poolman contracts.
