It makes them better. Granlund > Fiala Simmonds > Hartman

Prices on some of these deals today could have helped the Blues down the stretch and in the playoffs.

MDZ is trash. I guess this means they have little faith in Gunnarsson returning, otherwise you don't need a 5th LHD behind JBo, Dunn, Eddy & Gunnar. Chris Butler is a better defender than Del Zotto...but hey, maybe he'll generate some offense on the 2nd power-play in the few games he gets in the lineup.
