Cold turkey = when you suddenly stop something without warning
Circles the wagons = old west term when you encompass a city before war

haha **** I meant to write "what he means". HE always uses both phrases incorrectly

I don't think that's how he uses them though. He said Stastny would've had a shot "cold turkey" implying that it would be a clean shot.

Well I guess a boring/ugly game = good (tired) road game forumula. We did a good job not giving up odd man rushes and keeping the shots to the outside. bad job of taking penalties. Great game from the PK and the Snake

I thought circling the wagons was a defensive move when the indians attacked. Just saying

Yea, he uses it wrong. He says it in an offensive fashion.

Edit. I gotta disagree, this game is nothing last night. The stars didn't really own the Blues. The Blues crushed the wild and out shot them 2 to 1. If Stl didn't spend 10-12 minutes in the box, the possession and shot numbers would be higher. They played a very good conservative game. The wild scored of mistakes, the Blues earned their goals all on their own
