Seems like we are
@GeorgeRichards "Trocheck & Pirri definitely show chemistry. Of Pirri’s three goals in the past 2 games, TRO recorded primary assist"
Defense is suspect though...

For the record, the team never said that Bjugs was day to day. He missed practice and since the team didn't disclose how severe it was, there was a chance that he could still be back. Hence day to day, due to the lack of knowledge about the situation.Day to Day = Back Surgery

Can only hope Pirri and Trochek keep up their play.
I still want answers from the medical staff. As everyone has stated day to day = out for an extended period of time. This is not acceptable and it has gone on for a while now.
Not sure why you think the medical staff did anything wrong. We have zero facts on the situation.
There are injuries where the doctor will tell you, you can play as long as you can deal with the pain/discomfort and you wont make it worse. Very likely Bjugstad has had enough and wants to get the surgery over with. He could probably still "play" but he's been pretty ineffective the last month or so.
If he had a herniated disc for example, you could play with that but it's likely to be aggravated by playing causing back spasms but the injury wont really get worse. Like all hockey players, Bjugstad probably tried to tough it out but realized he wasn't an asset on the ice and needed to get the surgery done soon so he could start rehabbing.
People here love to blame the medical staff when we as internet message board posters never know much about the medical situations of players.

See Sean Bergenheim and how that situation was handled. I absolutely do not trust this staff.
Just signed a player for six years? Can't tie his own skates? Keep him in the line-up!

The negative opinion is not based on a single event like Bjugstad. You've been around enough years and should remember that it's based on a history of blunders. I believe it will be fixed just like many other things are being fixed, because the current owners want to run a first class operation.
