Virtually all of the games Draisaitl missed in this calculation would be in his rookie year (45/63 games). The only current Oiler who played on the team that year is Nugent Hopkins. For McDavid it was 37 of 53 games in his rookie year. This time the only two players were Nugent-Hopkins and a rookie Nurse.
