Which team has the best roster composed exclusively of U25 players in their respective systems?
(reminder: U25 means 24 and under).

The doesn't need to be signed - unsigned prospects and "older" players in Europe count too. For example, Nikita Tryamkin would still count for Vancouver.

Players still under contract before the end of this year count too, even if they will be RFAs.

Forwards are basically all prospects:

Kaprizov - Eriksson Ek - Sokolov
Greenway - Kunin - Lodnia

Including 25's would bring in Nino and Coyle, and just miss Granlund and Zucker by a matter of months.

Good top pair:

Brodin - Dumba
Seeler - Belpedio
Olofsson

Goalies, who the hell knows?:

Michalek
Kahkonen

Not based off potential, but moreso who are the better players right now:

Miles Wood - Nico Hischier - Jesper Bratt
John Quenneville - Pavel Zacha - Joey Anderson
Jesper Boqvist - Michael McLeod - Blake Speers
Brett Seney - Mikhail Maltsev - Fabian Zetterlund

Will Butcher - Damon Severson
Mirco Mueller - Steven Santini
Jeremy Davies - Reilly Walsh

Ken Appleby
Mackenzie Blackwood

Fourth line is pretty interchangeable. I could see arguments for other guys on the third pair as well, but I like those two the best.

Pretty meh overall and in desperate need of elite talent. If they knock it out of the park this year in the draft they could be on the upswing though in the U25 cup

Overall, pretty much what you expect from a rebuilding franchise. Poised to add another top-5 pick this year and possibly another one next year. Looking at it, it gives me some hope for the future of the 'Nucks. Tryamkin really bolsters the D, he's looking like a stud in Russia, licking our chops at the idea of getting him back on this team.

Bold indicates a current NHL roster player. Underlined indicates guys who've gotten NHL time but are not full-time players yet. Bold and underlined indicates guys who've been selected as All-Star Game representatives, because I couldn't help myself. :D

Boone Jenner
- Alexander Wennberg - Oliver Bjorkstrand

Oilers, Toronto, Vancouver, Buffalo and Panthers are all very impressive. They all fall short to the Jets, by a big and safe margin..

Done on realistic potential rather than current level. Bolded are current NHLers, underlined have already gotten a taste at the NHL level:

Jost - MacKinnon - Rantanen
Kerfoot
- Kamenev - Shvyryov
AJ Greer - Bowers - Compher
Yak
* - Toninato - Andrighetto

Zadorov - Makar
Girard - Meloche
Dunk* - Timmins

???
Martin / Werner / Kvaca

*Beaudin / Morrison / Smirnov / Henry
*Lindholm / Boikov / Leivermann / Clurman

Landeskog (25), Nieto (25), and Barrie (26), who'd leave the skaters deep af, not missing the list by much; plus three 1sts, three 2nds, & three 3rds over the next two drafts to add to that pipeline and push Yakubov* / Siemens* out of those spots. Needs another star forward even with Landy & Nieto, and things get messy when you get to the goalies; but it's hard not to love those young top 11 forwards & top 5 dmen.
