I'm judging based on high-end talent already established + completeness at position( at least good prospects in every category)

Leafs
Wpg

Are the top two, not even in the order necessarily. They have great players in every category.

Jets have 4 stud nhl forwards with a few decent prospects in the pipe, 3 nhl dman, two who are borderline/are top pairing dman and a good goalie prospect from what i can tell.

Leafs also have 4 stud nhl forwards, less prospect depth but more young players in the show(brown, johnson) who can improve. A top pairing dman and another who is when gards out and next year a top 4 dman. And two solid d prospects. And for the first time in a long time at least 2 goalie prospects who seem like something.

calgary/buffalo/columbus/colarado duke it out for 3rd imo

Let me start off by saying I’m not a leafs fan, if you don’t vote Toronto here you’re clearly bias.

it usually means under that age and not including that age. so, in this case, it would be under 25 but op specifically said 25 and under.

Isnt u18 world juniors 18 and under?

If this is the case and that we are including 25 year olds
The op is missing scheifele and Lowry who are both currently 25

Edit: it says 1994

While scheifele is still 25 I guess technically he'll be 26 this year

he's going by players born in 94 or later, Scheifele was born in 93

Toronto.

I really like CBJ’s U-25 roster though. COL as well.

I am not saying its the sens but Josh Norris is a sens prospect not San Jose. Gustavsson is one of the best goalie prospects in the world and isnt on the list and Chlapik should definitely be there instead of Paul.

The answer is Toronto, but Colorado, Winnipeg and Vancouver are all knocking on the door.

Flames get done dirty by not including 25 year olds
Even worse.. the OP is including 25 year olds... Just not 25 year olds born in 1993., Therefore a certain 25 year old player born Aug 13 1993 isn't elligable. :(

Werner & Annunen are ahead of Martin for the Avs. Not that any of them are all that exciting, but Werner has at least been trending well the past few seasons & should be taking over the net for the AHL club next year...this team could still use Cale Morris & Spencer Knight though.

Kerfoot over Bowers is the only other correction I'd suggest for the avs kids...even though I have always preferred Meloche to Timmins.

I said the Leafs and the Peg 2nd, but I think a team people sleep on is Vancouver.

They have the best rookie C this year, the runner up for the Calder last year, a legit stud goalie, OJ could end up being a top 4 if he stays healthy, have Q Hughes coming, Horvat is a #1 TWF C, Gaudette is a good player too. Really all they are missing is that #1 D (which may be Hughes). IMO they are one high pick away from challenging the Leafs/Jets for best U-25 core. If they get a top 3 pick this year I definitely would say they have a top 3 core U-25.
