Looking for the stats and a site which has the best stats to analyze in deep teams.
I know Corsi is one, but to me what else is there for players and teams?
In baseball, I find wRC/OPS+/FIP to be excellent.
In hockey, time of possession, offensive zone attack time, shots, shots attempted, blocked shots, shooting percentage, save percentage, scoring chances, and high quality scoring chances to be great ways to see how good a team is or not.
What stats correspond best to this, and is there a site which offers it for players and teams?
Example, I'd like to look at the 2012 Rangers and compare them to other top clubs in 2012 and this year's Ranger squad to see just how they measure.
