Good list!

I put Psycho as my number one, and 2nd choice to Black Sabbath (unfortunately pretty short film):

Psycho was a fricking good movie for that day. And scary.

Third place would go to Night of the Living Dead (I just bought the remastered Blu-Ray version, which I haven't quite watched yet).

For me it’s NOTLD followed by Bava’s “Black Sabbath.” :)

Although as a third choice...”Black Sunday” is great too.

When it comes to any of Bava’s films though, is OP referring to the European versions?? Or the the laughably shitty American censored versions of his films??

The Euro ones I hope...

I’ve had Village of the damned and the sequel Children of the damned on my pvr for two years and still haven’t watched them. Now that they’ve been mentioned here, I’ll push them up the viewing list.
I started The Sorcerers (1967) tonight, with Boris Karloff. Not that great.

I watched Village of the Damned last night. Didn't care for the ending, however the previous 70 min were excellent! I really enjoyed this one. Will watch Children of the Damned soon.
I've watched Black Sabbath a few times and try to like it but cant. That dead woman (in the pic above) is creepy as hell though. Love love love the band Black Sabbath lol.
