Lets find this out. For me its Oliver Kahn. Other options was Seaman and Van der Sar. There has been many great goalkeepers in the game, but who was the goat?
Let's make it a starting 13.
---------Chilavert-----------
Yashin-Buffon-Neuer-Zoff
--Kahn-Dasaev-Maier--
-Banks---Zamora---Bats-
---Grosics-Barthez---
Too many very good goalies.
Renat Dassaev was brilliant, so was Lev Yashin (never saw him play) Jean-Marie Pfaff or Ronnie Helstrom. Sepp Maier also was very good.
You do a great job making threads. Keep them coming !!! (BTW I had Yashin on my starting 13).Go back to **** for your Idol Messi. Don't ruin my threads.

Surely you do. You're the type of guy who wants to spread knowledge and inform others.
Yep, keep it going !
Haha expected little bit more from you. Maybe you learn finally to shut your mouth.
Answer boys, answers ! Do you remember the scorpion kick by Rene Higuita? Or Jose Luis Chilavert one of the best freekick takers ever?
David Seaman might crack the top 100 goalies ever, if you were being generous
We don't have to waste our time finding the best goalies. It has been already done before.

Well done, boys.

7 out of 10 in the first response.
That list is 17 years old. Safe to say some more keepers might have broken into it since then. Namely Neuer and Buffon.
