Well it's obvious Trouba and Pavs @ 50% must be going to Anaheim & Lindholm is coming to Winnipeg. Bernier is going to LA and a pick is going to Anaheim.

Yea we ain't trading Bernier at 50% doesn't do enough help for us with our cap and we are have no one as a backup and if Gibson gets hurt we are screwed.

No. No they didn't. They were speculating on if it was a possibility due to the Kings goaltending situation. They never said that a deal was being discussed.

Elliotte Friedman discussed this on Saturday. Says there could be a connection because of LA knowing/liking Bernier but that Kings weren't likely to make any moves soon. Plus, with the news Zatkoff will be back in about a week, they'll probably just run with he and Budaj for the time being.
