February 21st is 50%. March 14th is 100%.

Until February 21st, it is still the 500 max. However Habs already confirmed they'll keep it without fans because they realized what everyone realized, that 500 max was a complete joke.
There is actually 500 people tonight. Only lodges.

They won't be hitting 100% this year, that's for sure.

For sure they won't. But just to have it open at full capacity is still a good thing. That even if they have 18K-19K fans in a 21K seat arena will be good.

The same for Place Bell and Colisée Vidéotron for Laval and 3R, who are actually giving us hope they'll be in the playoffs.

Ya Laval is the only games I'm actually excited for. They need reinforcements though after losing Dea, Belzile and Vejdemo.
If they make it, that place will be rocking.

Why go to 100%?

Molson should have asked to stay at 50%......you want to play that bad in front of a sold out place?
Give a break to the players

Now can we leave it at 100% or are we going to do this all over again when there’s another variant?

Expecting the rollercoaster ride to be over with is premature. However, I think our government is going to get too much backlash and be voted out (and also run us into bankruptcy) if this continues. The majority of the population is starting to get annoyed and that's where our elected "leaders" are forced to change. Anything to keep your vote ;)

The Bettman threat paid off after all.

Paid off for who? It’ll help ownership’s coffers but who wants to watch this team in person?

The draft being held in Montreal is really the only BC date worth salvaging.

Thank you Gary :thumbu:
yup --- Gary just tightened the screws, threatened to move the draft --- and the spineless politicians will crumble. These arbitrary dates are as useless as the current lockdown.. This whole Covid powergrab from the government along with faux-hospital emergency will come to light in a few years.. I look forward to finding out the whole truth.
