They reached a settlement. This was the "appeal", the league and PA agreed to this to keep it from going to federal court, where it probably doesn't get decided until after the season.

Thanks. As a Browns fan I haven't been super excited about this upcoming season. Having a hard time even caring about fantasy football which is a big party with some friends in two weeks.
