Full of cliches but at end it works

It had a pretty damn good cast as well. At time I like many rolled eyes at JVB as star because well the Dawson's Creek hype and fandom among young female teens of time could be annoying but he did very good in role

Just one of those sports movies that has enough authenticity to balance out the absurd parts (Like the teacher is stripper and no one knows ,, Nah that would be known especially in friggin rural Texas!) or over the top cliches and ends up enjoyable movie that you cant seem to disagree with watching if it comes on TV and you dont have anywhere to go
