Ovechkin looking to hit the 90 pt mark for the 6th time in his 14 years, currently sits at 51 goals and 88 pts.
John Carlson needs just one point to hit the 70 pt plateau, he had 68 pts last year.
The Capitals have punched their ticket to the big dance a couple weeks back, this will be a game to tighten up any issues in their game while getting prepared for their defense of last year's Cup win.
The Panthers are looking to give Luongo some games before figuring out what path the future HOF net-minder will decide in the off-season.

Dadonov needs just one more goal to best his last season total of 28 goals and two points to hit the 70 pt mark.
Huberdeau needs a goal and assist to set a new career high in goals (28) and those two points would have him be the second player to hit 90 pts this year, which would be a first in Panthers history.
Ekblad needs 3 more points to hit the 40 pt clip for the first time in his career. He put up 39 in his Calder winning season, he would also play two 82 game seasons in a row if he can suit up for the final 3 games.
