He wasn't happy with the undisciplined penalties in the preseason. Says if you lose, at least make the other team beat you, not beat yourself.

He says they like their team as they speak, but always looking to improve. They like Guenin's PK play and Holden's puck moving skills. They need Wilson healthy.

He thinks it will be baby steps at first to get better but he wants gradual improvement, not up and down play.

- Chuck Kobasew had a goal called off, resulting in Sacco claiming the refs didn't know the rules.

- A Shane O'Brien slashing penalty allowed a powerplay game-winning goal for the Wild.

- And here's a quote from Joe Sacco upon finishing the game and ending the season at the bottom of the West:
"It's a young group and it's certainly headed in the right direction."

I swear I thought it was Downie that went crazy and got like a double minor which Wild scored on?!
