All I ask for is progression. If I see improvement, even from game - to - game, you'll find I'm a very positive guy. On the flipside, I know I'm pretty tough when we regress or stagnate, but that's because I'm passionate, not trying to be a nutsack.

Let's ship out this whole team of no-heart 'veterans' and strip it back down to the bear bone rookies. Call up Gaunce, Elliott, Barrie and let Hejda, SOB and Hunwick go to the highest bidder.

On offense I wish I knew what to do, I think we have a pretty decently skilled team when they are healthy so perhaps we keep them for the next coach.
