Colours look good in this although the overall design is pretty weird (reminds me of the old Vancouver 'V'), might look better on ice

They can’t do that because the original logo for the first Colorado Rockies is part of the New Jersey Devils franchise

Person B: "Ehh I only remember the one played by the team that dressed in purple jerseys that has triangles."

In all actuality, I'll reserve full judgment until we see the whole thing with someone wearing it but first impressions are not good.
