Roy did it for me this offseason with getting rid of Jones and O'Brien... I'm pretty sure only Mitchell needs to go and this team can be an actual puck possession team.

Completely agree. I remember watching a game recently against someone and was just flabbergasted at how many picks that were 100x more obvious than that went un-called.
