Reference the guy on the PGA Tour who tested positive. HIPAA isn't relevant to random people but health care workers and insurance companies. So I guess if a reporter finds out is you have an illness he can freely tell everyone

Well if hockey doesnt come back this year not the worse case scenario. Players get a long time to stay with their families and ensure the pandemic together. The league avoids having a major outbreak when trying to reopen.

Vaccine developments seem promising and WHO and others are estimating a vaccine will be ready be end of 2020. Really thinking 2021 will be a great year for the world. Next summer will be incredible with the return of so many high profile events
