Reaves is 36 yrs old, Lucic is 34 yrs old, some of these guys are starting to age out of the NHL. There are still some tougher youner guys around the NHL, but Kastelic is a young big tough guy who will get better at this aspect of the game as he ages & learns. At the same time the NHL is inching towards eliminating fighting in hockey. Having tough players with skill like Tkachuk who can do many things & fill more roles seems to be the way to go for playoff teams & that seems to be the kind of team they are building.
