’Kronwall sucks’ is all you need to say. Good things just don’t seem to happen for us when he’s on the ice. I’d love to see Hicketts brought up just for what he could bring on the PP.
darn near anyone other than Kronwall, really. Double shift Green if you have to.

Agreed i honestly can't believe that Kronwall is playing over Daley on the pp, What is Torchetti thinking.

Except Abdelkader and Kronwall will be out there eating up all the PP minutes.
Logic would tell us that the PP units need to be switched up based on the lack of production. Blashill doesn't believe in logical decisions. More PP time for Kronwall and Abby! They'll break through eventually!

Since when is Trevor Daley some powerplay specialist?
Only once in his career has he topped 2 powerplay goals. Only twice has he topped 5 PP assists.
He went 1-3-4 on the PP last year.
Kronwall, on one of the worst PPs in the NHL, went 0-6-6 in 57 games.

Kronwalls legs cant hack it anymore. plain and simple. have you seen him try to keep a puck in the zone? he cant skate anymore. Daley would def be an improvement. Even Jensen would be better.

I'm only talking about the PP. I do think he would be better than Kronwall on the PP.

If he’s been worse then ericsson I’m not sure him being on a powerplay would make it better

Keeping pucks in is only one facet of playing the PP.
Kronwall has a very good hockey IQ and has always been a good passer on the PP.
I'd like to say we have better options on the PP, but where?
Daley? Like I said, not very impressive. Another bad signing.
Jensen is hot garbage other than skating.
I'd prefer XO - a better shooter - to Jensen.
But that doesn't mean XO is better than Kronwall.

Maybe not, but Kronwall isn't getting it done and we see it every game. At this point it just doesn't hurt to start trying different options there. Might as well even try two forwards on the blueline. Increases risk but the power play is DOA anyway. That or just leave Green out there and give him an extra rest at ES to get his wind back.
