Sorry - just to be clear. For all the various reasons:

I'm cheering for Colorado / Dallas / Carolina / Columbus????????

A Dallas win nets us their first rounder and effectively moves us up ~20 spots with that pick.

Wins from the other three each would move the Jets pick one more spot to the good (currently at #21).

What a difference it is when your team is not in the playoffs like ours is and we are not involved in games like this.

I mean don't get me wrong, I can't wait till we get back in the playoffs but it is kind of neat to not have so much skin in the game and simply watch the amazing talent of the players and not have live and die on every play at the same time eating Tums and fingernails.....just sayin...lol

It’s a rebuild.
Yeah yeah....seriously...we got #2....anything else is a bonus.

Honestly I really liked the guys post noting how valuable the Winnipeg pick is.

Not really just a bonus.

Getting a 2 OA and then Two good firsts compared to 2 OA and later picks is the difference between pretenders and dynasties.
