Eichel strikes me as someone who doesn’t deal with pressure well
We'll see what happens next year. As fun as the narratives seem to be, a full season will be more telling.

Even if he isn't great under pressure, I think the difference between 3 points against the blues and duds against mediocre teams is too big a gap to be fully attributed to the pressure

Talk about pressure. Eichel (and the entire team) will be feeling it all next season. Maybe not Toronto level but close.

They've got 2 years. Its an aging team and they don't have the high draft picks to take the places of their core pieces.

It will be too late to make a first impression. :)
