just wanted to add my thank goodness for St. Louis.
love the fact it lowered the flames draft pick from the Russell trade.

18 shots 6 goals, not bad bang for your buck for 10.4mil. And they have that amazing duo again next year.

My personal opinion is that none of us know anything about the future and it's just fun to watch some teams who have not had playoff success finally get some,

Par of me is curious how Nashville, as a city, would react to the Preds getting all the way to the Cup Finals. I feel like it would be bedlam there, because they seem to support the team really well.

So far all three quarter-final series have gone my way. San Jose for the sweep!

Nashville is certainly a success story when it comes to expansion. Passionate group of fans.

CBA question

I know there is a clause for old guys getting bonuses in their contracts after a certain age, is it 35?

Wasn't there also a clause for guys that missed x amount of games as well?

One that I wonder if they add is, if you were on a one way contract and cleared waivers then you can have bonuses as well. Guys like Richards and Erhoff would seem to be guys that could fit this bill.

Sad I have to miss most of this game, hopefully the latter half of the game will play out better than the Blues-Stars game. Cheering for the San Jose Beard Squad to get it done!

I'm supporting any of the teams in the West. Just hoping for a classic game 7 from these two - on one hand, I wanna cheer for Nashville because they seem like a fun team to cheer for. Other hand, I don't want Thornton and Marleau to keep getting called chokers constantly - two extremely good players, especially Thornton.

I prefer the way SJ plays, always did, with that amazing forward group.

also, this is a divisional playoffs, with a Central team looking to win the Pacific title from a wild card spot. Go Pacific!

Hey look, I guess even the great Roman Josi is capable of making a terrible neutral zone giveaway that results in a goal against.

2-0 SJ in the 1st, Joel Ward with a nice deke to finish off a brutally soft turnover by Josi, Ward went by him like he wasn't even there.

This is beautiful, friggin beautiful. nothing will forgive all the droning 2-1 games we had to play against Nashville, but this comes close.
