Anyone seen Central Scouting's midseason list?

I am interested in viewing the Central Scouting list, but they haven't responded to my e-mails. Has anyone seen it or know where, or if, Brent Borgen of the Lincoln Stars is ranked among U.S. forwards? If anyone has a link to the full list, I have a couple of other players I am interested in seeing.

BTW, Brent Borgen is not ranked among North American skaters (unless I'm blind, I am a ref after all ....I double checked the list, but it is easy to look over something on CSB's lists).

 

Borgen's not on the list.

Lincoln has 2 players on the list:
R Evan Rankin at #101
D Nicholas Tuzzolino at #133
