The contract has an average annual value of $2.75 million and includes the following breakdown: $2.55M in 2022-23, $2.95M in 2023-24 and $2.75M in 2024-25.

Money is fine but three years is a lot. Well worth it if Forsberg continues to play well but I wish they’d stop with these 3-4 year deals on goalies that aren’t proven or have lots of question marks. It’s such a volatile position.
