Drafted by the Devils and then what happened?
And we basically promptly released him at the end of the season. We drafted him to make his dad smile, basically... and I have no complaints about that. I wouldn't worry about signing him; Lou may have drafted him but Lou also released him.

Watched him here in penticton last year. He split the season with Driscoll. He was solid, but the team in front of him was unreal, and the shooters he faced were bchl guys.

Who cares, it's just for fun probably.

A guy who moves from the Q to the BCHL probably doesn't have much of a hope.

We have Brodeur?! Oh wait...

A good gesture move by Lou. I just hope this doesn't turn into one of those love affairs where he gets signed and forced to play on the Leafs against Babcock's will.

What? lol I think there's a 0% chance he's forced onto the Marlies let alone the Leafs. Either this is just to have someone to fill a spot in goal for camp or at best for him a shot at an ECHL job with the Solar Bears

The only reason he was drafted was because the Devils acquired one of the last picks in the draft and had Martin Brodeur announce the pick.

If Dubas wants to sign him to an AHL deal and have him be the backup in Orlando, great, but that's about it.
