We were 7-12-1 after 20 last season. Finished 39-35-8. Were trending better every year.

There definitely is progress: I had hoped we'd be a bit above .500 by xmas.

I wanted a lot better but that seemed very within reach when you consider how awful we had been before xmas the last few years.

Really hoping he just pulls off the band-aid and cans DJ asap. Can still make the playoffs this season but even if we don't, it'd be nice to see us just play a more solid game that we havne't under DJ

I mean, the last three games have been well played. The mistakes we've made have been player decision making, not system based, if DJ and the team claw their way back into the playoffs, maybe the addition of Martin has had the desired effect and filled the gaps in DJ's skillset
