To me, Lee is simply like every other Islanders LW that plays with Tavares. Once they leave, you see how terrible they actually are.

To me, Lee is simply like every other Islanders LW that plays with Tavares. Once they leave, you see how terrible they actually are.

Lee had 25 goals the season he broke into the league and was not on Tavares line. His sophomore season he slumped to 15 goals. His 3rd and 4th full seasons he has played on Tavares wing,scoring 34 and 40 goals.

Yeah, that 25 goal ,first full season was terrible

I like Lee but I dont think I'd be willing to pay much more than Martinez and I see two outcomes if that did it. He'd come here and either light it up and L.A. wouldn't be able to re-sign him or he'd come here and flop.
