It isn't though. Being in complete control and having time to out wait someone vs racing at high speed. It may be similar to a penalty shot but it has next to nothing to do with how HE takes a penalty shot.

Plus for penalty shots he gets to compose himself before he goes, and I think Silf is definitely a guy that requires that mental preparation.

Also very true. At the times when he does get a decent shot off as ES you can almost see the wheels turning as he gears up for it.
