Am I crazy to think that Desharnais is outplaying Broberg on the depth chart?

IMO we can’t play with 7-11 all the time. We have some nice pieces but they don’t fit. If Bouchard or Barrie were capable 1RD then Ceci could move down allowing veteran partners for the rookies. Hopefully Broberg takes a shot at 2LD next year. In a playoff run this year we need a rental for the blue line or move out Barrie for a true 1RD

Broberg can play the right side too, no? I thought they were doing that in Bakersfield just in case we needed him for that

Why dont keep both? Gif

If someone gets traded, my take its Kulak. But Bouchard would maybe be wise, considered there are two very bad defensive defenders. A winning team cant cover up for two bad Ds. Actually Oilers has to decide now, keep barrie or Bouchard and upgrade for a 2 way defender. Its great now when their tradevalue is higher.

like

Nurse Ceci
Cuchryn Kulak/Cuchryn Barrie
Broberg Bouchard/Kulak
Desharnias

Depending on whos traded.

1st 2023 Bouchard/Barrie, 3rd 2023, 2nd 2024, a signed McDavid jersey fpr Chuychrun. If Arizona flushes that, just go away from them
