The AHL Skills Contest was on after the NHL ASG. Shane Prince and Chris Wideman were representing Bingo. Prince did well in the relay but not so well in the target shooting.

I was most impressed by that Colin Miller guy from LA who was undrafted in his draft year 2011 and today easily won both fastest skater and hardest shot (with 105.8 mph). He is also 5th in scoring among Defencemen.

Even though it's a meaningless game, it's sad that records got broke yesterday like Mario & Gretzky's scoring records, when clearly there was no Defence.

In the old days, even the Defence actually tried to be an All-Star, last night they just did nothing.

Again, it's a meaningless game and just getting dumber every year.

Sooooo, who's buyin a Ryan (All-Star jersey)

You know it's time to scrap the format when the highest scoring NHL all star game also becomes the most boring game ever watched.

Hat trick for Prince in the AHL ASG. Didn't get the win though as the West beats the East 14-12. Typical ASG but it was better than the NHL one.
