Rockford wins ugly ...3-2 ....got out shot 37-19....Fransin had 2g 1a...Beaudin 3a...but still Delia was barrage... At least The Big Chalfont lit tge lamp once.
Not much forward prosoect talent down tgere.. And Beaudin still the best prospect we have done there.

Pretty thin prospect system it woukd seem ...

Man Beaudin is really lighting it up statisticaly this year. Hopefully it's a sign of things to come and he has legit top pairing upside at this point. I always imagined him as a ~30 pt top 4 guy who can play PP2 and give you responsible minutes, but maybe he's more than that

ROCKFORD ICEHOGS GAME RECAP: Clutch! IA (2) RFD (3) — From Center Ice

Here's your recap for the game.
And there are some good prospects down here, lol. Don't worry about that.

Oh I know that. Just got frustrated by Fiddy's constant backhanded posts. Rockford wins but it was ugly. We win in the shootout or OT and it's a win in the fake game. We win but we only played hard for one period. So and so played well but he was a -2. Blah, blah, blah!

Yeah, he makes some points but he never seems to be happy about our team. Which this year is nuts because NOBODY expected this.

This is a guy who in 2006 posted on here in readable posts about how bad Keith is and that he should be made a forward. And now just writes illegible rants that shouldn't even be bothered with.

Not to mention his prospect takes have been atrocious, on multiple boards through the years. Example, dozens of anti Seabrook posts in 2003, stating the Hawks took the wrong guy....should have been Bernier or Fritsche. His Dan Fritsche love knew no bounds.

Hows Evan Barratt been? Seems to have hit a wall offensively but any insight on his skating relative to the pros, faceoffs, play away from the puck, or anything else would be greatly appreciated. Really hope he can be that vintage Bolland type. Loved watching that guy dummy the twins and burrows.

Fighting Irish freshman forward Landon Slaggert has been selected as the Hockey Commissioners Association’s Rookie of the Month for February, the organization announced on Wednesday (March 3).
In the month of February, Slaggert skated in all eight Notre Dame games while notching 11 points on three goals and eight assists. He had five multipoint games and ended the month on a four-game point streak (2-5-7). He scored his first career game-winning goal in Notre Dame’s 2-0 victory at Michigan State on Feb. 26.
A third round pick by the Chicago Blackhawks in the 2020 NHL Draft (79th overall), Slaggert ranks third on the team with 19 points, while his seven goals are tied for second.

Maxim Shalunov scored again today....he has goals in all 3 quarter final playoff games so far played by CSJA Moscow (all wins)....

He was hot coming into the playoffs with goals in 3 of the last 4 regular season games he played (he only played in 4 of the last 6 regular season games played by CSKA Moscow...whether that was due to injury or whether CSKA was resting him some fort the playoffs I do not know...but the facts are he has scored 6 goals in the last 7 games total hechas performed in.

So hevis I guess "hot"...he was 2nd in scoring points on CSKA Moscow in the regular season
despite beingshown as 2nd line Center for them...though he and linemate Konstantin Okulov at RW formed their top scoring duo ...Okulov led tge team in points in the regular season and Shalunov was 2nd in points...

But as tgexseasin wound down and into the playoffs it is Shalunov hot with potting goals (so far)...maybe he is showing Stan he wants finally to come over and sign after he finishes his season?

Those are impressive SB stats, maybe a future Hammer type? (Type, not saying he’ll be hammer)

His skating is a lot better than Hammer's ever was. Maybe a Keith-ish type of player (almost assuredly not as good as Keith, but hopefully better than someone like Oesterle who shares a lot of similar traits with the other two).
