He hasnt been very effective this year. He really wasnt either last year but still put up 20+ goals.
He was pretty good on the PP last year. The Oilers had been using Lucic on the PP who was awful, then Chiasson replaced him. In comparison Chiasson, looked much better. I think hes a fairly smart player, he screened the goalie well last year and chipped in some goals. Neal has basically took his spot on the PP this year. Chiasson is just too slow to be effective especially 5 on 5. He will probably chip in some goals. I think he will probably get around 10 when its all said and done.
