Are there any teams that would offer 10.6 for 5 years of Marner?

Marner doesn't want a max length deal.

Perhaps Leafs should just sign him for 5 years 10.5 and then auction him off.

Gardiner is long gone and i cant be more happy about it.

Not a completely terrible deal for Marner. Don't want Jake at any price, we should already be doing everything possible to keep Barrie and Muzzin next year and Jake would get in the way. 4 firsts would be nice but no guarantee we land that stud forward, and the Leafs aren't quite as deep on forward without Naz. Easy call to match.
