Pretty exciting game to watch, lots of back and forth action, but a crappy way to end it. Somewhat unlucky tying goal, then two pathetic shootout attempts by ROR and Schenn handed the extra point to Vegas. Why not let Buchy shoot there? Schenn would be no higher than my 5th or 6th choice to take the shot.

Ah well, it was a good road trip. Merry Christmas you filthy animals.

Sucks not to come away with 2 points out of that game. But at least we keep some pace with the 1 we got.

The bigger mistake was having Schenn taking the 3rd shot. Outside of a 3 for 3 year in 2017-2018, Schenn is a combined 3 for 24 in the shootout in the rest of his career.

Bummer to lose, but a very entertaining game! Largely matched one of the top teams in the league so far this year.

There’s just no way this Blues team can be bad enough to get a decent shot at a top 3 pick.

Absolutely. ROR has been pretty reliable in shootouts but Schenn is certainly not known for his finesse. I'd rather have Buch, Saad, or even Logan Brown over him.

totally agree.. boys are playing much better, and Vegas is no slouch, regardless of how beat up they are

Blues just have too much talent to be a tanking team. that talk is rubbish, imo

personally, I see a Stastny/Shattenkirk type trade and go back at em next season
