My thoughts are win 6 or more and go into the December to the break for the Olympics hot. I think we can do 7 wins.. my prediction is 6-3
Its not an official poll.. but I will try to summarize the voting daily. And I will not count votes below 4-5... and the poll stays open to the last week....

I also hope to see no injuries, its a big focus of H and P for myself.

Shutouts and a game where every line scores and a D man gets a goal...

Any one else have a dream for the Avs... and yes its OK for FANS to dream and not stay grounded, we do not need to be day to day like the players... heck Im just happy we are playing hockey, last year was just the worst, I watched the NFL!

I think we go 3-5-1. Very tough stretch of games and I think our play has been trending downwards a bit both defensively (coming back to earth) and offensively (loss of Tanguay and Downie).

This stretch will be the first indicator of what this team is really made of, hoping for a great two weeks.

I know it's early but if we come out above 500 on the next 9 games I think confidence alone will allow the team to roll into the playoffs. Some big games against big division opponents.

If we're somehow 20-5-0 by the end of this we'll have 40 points with 57 games remaining. If we win just 25 of those 57 games we will have 90 points. That's a 0.438 win percentage which is terrible, yet would leave us with 00. That isn't even including a few possible points from OTL's.

I'd love to see us come otu with some wins on this stand but I would be very happy with a 500 record over the next 9.
