Yeah, based on distance traveled the argument is definitely there. I believe that was a main factor in Wilson's charging penalty on Schenn. Rinaldo likely should've been called.

Based on the gif in the article I'd say that Rinaldo lines him up when his position roughly in between the circles and takes two short steps to re-align his path in the direction of Klingberg. Thus he travels almost half the width of the ice. I'd say a minor for charging would've sufficed.
