Anyone else find it super frustrating when the announcers talk about coaching wanting the dump and chase and we have players that are either too small, too slow, or too unwilling to forecheck to make it happen?

It might take a long minute for Verbeek to find those players to fit his system.

Also there are just unwilling to do the dirty work. If you dump it, throw some hits and make them uncomfortable, that can lead to turnovers. These guys dump and slash.

Not sure 33 seconds in, but I think Leo brings an air of calmness, his chatting and always smiling on the bench is a plus.
