Ftorek did it just prior to his dismissal in 2000, and the eventual hiring of Larry Robinson and their Cup win.

Neilson was ejected during Vancouver's Cup run in 1982 for waving the towel. Also, as mentioned, when he coached the Flyers in a game against the Blues for tossing a stick onto the ice.

I do not recall any bench-toss from Neilson.

I watched until it was 4-0. In that short period of time, Johnson was, uh, noticeable. Seems each time something bad happened, I looked up and saw #77.

Ersson also didn't help his cause.

Being out Walker, Seeler, Zamula, Risto, Drysdale is not insignificant.

Either way, god awful 10-15 minutes of hockey I watched.
