There was lots of effort but that just shows how poor their execution is. Is this what they practice? Long wrist shots from the point hoping for a tip by the lone Flyer in front of the net? Puck movement is bantam level.

You can get all the shots you want, but if they're not dangerous theres no point. Be honest in the 2nd and 3rd period did the Flyers at all look threatening? Hell no

I'm tired of reading the narrative that "the goals will come, the shots guys, they're there!"

Seven goals in last seven games. That doesn't happen from pure happenstance.
